to check a transaction, log into your driver portal at my dot cab card dot services On the menu.
On the left hand side, click the Transactions tab.
This will show you a list of all successful transactions completed on your account.
If you wish to send the customer a receipt, locate the transaction that you wish to send a receipt for.
Select the details button.
This will show you information about the transaction, and you can select to send the receipt by clicking on the blue.
Send by SMS or email bottom.
Once you have selected this button, you can choose to send a receipt by SMS or email to send by SMS Select, Send SMS and enter the customer's mobile telephone number.
Once you have entered the customer's mobile telephone number into the box shown, click the green send button to send by email, select the sent by email button and enter the customer's email address into the box shown.
Once you've entered the customer's email address, click the green send button
