Hey everyone.

My name is David bulky and I'm the founder of WP Beginning an awesome video.

I want to make a very, very happy 19th birthday to the wordpress community.

This is a huge milestone for the entire community and I just want to say a big thank you to all the contributors and volunteers who have helped work press come this far.

I discovered wordpress when I was 16 years old, that was about 16 years ago and it has completely changed my life.

We now have over 200 team members in awesome relatives across 45 different countries, working on creating wordpress plug ins and tools that are used by over 20 million websites and seen by billions of people worldwide.

I am so grateful for the opportunities wordpress has provided for me and many others.

I believe wordpress has truly leveled the playing field by making the web more open and bringing opportunities to everyone across the world.

So happy 19th anniversary and here's to many, many more years of continued success
