Thanks so much for checking out this new coaching program.
I'm super excited about it.
Uh It's something I've been working on for a little while and I'm ready to, to launch it to a few people.
Anyway, one of the things that I want to get right to is first and foremost that there's two elements to the coaching program.
The first is there is a one on one call that we will have every single month for up to 45 minutes.
I always say up to, by the way, because the call is yours to use the session, is yours to use as much time as you want.
And so there are times when I have been working with a client and at the 30 minute mark or 34 minute mark, whatever it may be, they're ready to go, they've gotten what they needed to.
And that's up to the client and it's up to you to decide that you're done, you're ready.
That's all you needed for the day or we go to the 45 minutes, either way, it's fine.
It's yours to use.
But I always like to say that because I want you to be in control of the time and I want you to get the most out of it and not feel like you have to squeeze out every minute you're there to get value and, and to get direction and, and, and feel good about where you're going next on those calls.
One of the things that we do is talk about your goals, we talk about what you're gonna prioritize what you want to work on.
I help you think through different decisions and challenges, we work together to figure out what you want to commit to uh over the course of the time that we won't be talking.
And that's where the next part comes in.
Once you've decided what it is that you're gonna work on.
Sometimes there are those moments when you want a little bit of feedback.
So I have been using something called clarity flow, which is what I'm shooting this on right now, by the way, which is an asynchronous video exchange platform.
So we can shoot videos, screen, share, share documents, um You know, anything like that and kind of talk through, you can do audio, you can do video, whatever you like and talk through what it is that you're looking at, walk me through some of your questions and then within usually 24 to 48 hours, I will respond with a message.
It gives me time to kind of look at what you're seeing, watch your video, process it, you know, in my head and then provide you with my feedback and some ideas.
I just did this recently as well.
Uh One of the great ways that it was used, was working on some copy for a launch of a community to uh an email marketing list.
So we worked on the email copy but also on the sales page itself.
Uh So shooting videos back and forth and talking through language.
What was said, what order um you know, were, were some of the things that we wanted to hit, they wanted to focus on under, you know, I'm understanding, you know, how to uh how they use their voice.
And so this was very helpful for us to have that sort of back and forth in between calls.
So on the call, we decided this is what they wanted to work on.
And then over the course of the next few days, we went back and forth, tightened everything up and they were ready for ready for launch.
So that was really a AAA great way to use this platform.
Another way that clients have used this platform is as a precursor to our call to kind of get me up to speed.
So they might shoot a little video and I just had one earlier today actually where someone shot a a video of overview of their financial projections for the next 18 months.
And in doing so they walk me through what they see, how they see this unfolding.
What are some of the drivers, how they um you, you know what approach they take where they've been focusing their time and energy and in seeing that ahead of time, it enabled me to kind of get up to speed before our call and understand what it was that they wanted to talk about.
So a short little five minute video walking me through what they wanted to talk about, helped me to see it, get up to speed and then we enter the actual coaching call.
Like we're right in the middle of the story, we can, we can talk immediately about that without the need for the precursor.
So it's super helpful to have those conversations in between and I always like that.
So whatever way that you find helpful, using it, uh whether it's to stay focused and to stay a helping you stay accountable or looking at something together and getting my thoughts.
Um and, and having that exchange or as a way to uh to give me a heads up about what it is that you're thinking about coming into the next call, all very important and, and, and very useful.
So that's basically the two elements, there's the 1 45 minute call, just the two of us.
And then in between this asynchronous coaching platform called clarity flow that, that I've been using the way that this works is I ask clients for a four month commitment.
It's really simple.
It's shorter than my typical coaching program, which is six months, but it's a four month commitment and the fee for this call and the, and the support in between calls is 4 50 a month.
I am limiting the number of people.
Uh Right now, this is a very small launch just to just for a few, um a few clients right now.
